 Come join the fun!  Kids 'N Grace is an exciting mid-week Bible Study program for ages 3 years through the 5th grade.  We will be learning with the same fun LIVE B.I.G. Curriculum used in Sunday School and Children's Church.  In addition to Bible study, children will also enjoy music and crafts.

Come to the Gathering Room from 4:30 - 5:45 every Wednesday.  This program will go on through the summer!

Wee Care School

Wee Care is a part-time preschool for children ages 2-5.  There are three sessions of classes that meet in the children’s wing on Monday, Wednesday, and  Friday, Tuesday and Thursday and every weekday from 9:00 AM until noon, during the regular school year.  The qualified staff provides a caring, loving atmosphere and a wide variety of developmentally appropriate activities that are lots of fun,  as a well as educational.

Younger Youth Group

For 4th-8th graders, meets on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 to 6:30p.m. in the W. C. Taylor Activity Center.  They share and discuss issues of importance to the group, such as “Bad Stuff in the News”.  They also participate in such activities as City Clean-Up and a lock-in.  Their purpose is to help each other become better Christians.  

Children’s Ministries

The Children’s Ministries provides a variety of fun activities for children throughout the year, including the Annual Easter Egg hunt, hayrides, and children’s games during the Annual Fall Festival.

Vacation Bible School

"Beach Party"  Surfing the Scriptures will the the week of June 23-27th from 8:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.

Grace UMC welcomes any interested children from the community, as well as the children from our church.  Vacation Bible School is a great time of fun, food, fellowship and following the teachings of the Bible.

All children ages 3– 12 are welcome.  Youth of Junior High age and up are welcome to enlist as helpers in many areas.  To volunteer or to obtain more information contact the  church office.  Registration forms are available now in the church office.   

United Methodist Youth Fellowship

UMYF is for youth in grades 9-12.  They meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 –7:30 and on Sunday evenings from 5:00-6:30 in the W.C. Taylor Activity Center. (Building next door to the church).  Their meetings include devotionals and study of various topics of interest to teens, such as family, school and friends, all from a biblical perspective.  In addition to their twice weekly meetings, this group participates in District and conference youth events, movie and bowling nights, Youth Week Activities, local mission work and an annual Mission Trip to do hands-on work for underprivileged people in various parts of our country.  The Youth Director may be reached through the church office.
