Children and Youth Sunday School Classes

Classes for children

Children ages 3 through 5th meet each week to learn about living "B.I.G - your Belief In God."  The children meet in the Sunday School rooms located in the Children's Wing. Each week the curriculum will focus on a specific Bible verse, and the activities vary by age group.  If you are interested in helping with our Children's Sunday School Program contact the church office.  Our goal is to have teachers paired together to share the load, and it always wonderful to have someone willing to fill in as a sub when we need you!

Adult Sunday School

The Wesley Class

This class is made up primarily of women age 50 and up.  They also study the Adult Bible Study material.  This group describes itself as a caring support group, as well as a Sunday School Class.

Junior High

Our Junior High group has been reorganized to include 6th thru 8th grades.  These youth will spend time on missions, Bible study and application of God's Word in everyday life.

The Good News Class

 This class is made up mostly of couples, age 50 and up.  They study the Bible with the help of the Books of  The Bible study guide.  This is a relaxed class that includes a lot of questions, discussions and humor.  They also enjoy occasional social gatherings outside of class time.

High School Youth

(Grades 9-12)

Meet on Sunday mornings from 9:15 -10:15 a.m.   Their curriculum is based on group interest, with emphasis on Bible study, group discussion and application of Biblical teachings to everyday life. 

The Christian Awareness Class

This class is made up of adults of all ages. They study and discuss contemporary issues and a variety of ways to express faith in today’s world.  They use various study books selected by the class.

The Bible Explorers Class

This class also includes adults of all ages and is using the Genesis to Revelations Bible Study Series.  This class focuses on study of the Bible and welcomes anyone who would like to learn more about the Bible.
